All orders will be shipped via UPS ground shipping servies with a very reasonable flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. All orders over $100 receive free shipping.  We make every attempt to have all orders delivered to your selected destination within the continental United States in 5-7 business days of order placement. All orders received by Solarselectives.com 11:00 am on any business day will be processed the same day. 

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Gama Sonic USA, Inc.  will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in their original  wrapping. To exchange or return an item, please send an email to: Customers@gamasonic.com   requesting a return form. All necessary information will be supplied on the form. Be sure to retain a copy of the receipt for your records.
